Point Velocity- Arm Development Program

Point Velocity is the Twin Cities Baseball Academy Arm Development Program. Over the years, injuries to arms have been on the rise despite good intentions with concepts like stretching, warm ups, long toss, pitch counts, innings limits, positions and etc. The TCBA- Point Velocity program is an Arm Development Program that was developed by combining research, development, testing and results. In this program, TCBA staff will aid in development and inform its athletes in the proper techniques to take care of ones arm in order to help gain results and maintain arm health for the future. This program aids in the development of arms  at every position. This is not an exclusive pitching program, Pitchers and Position players are welcome.
